Product Registration for 3 year warranty

For all Aim-TTi products purchased after 1st June 2013, the warranty can be extended to three years from the date of purchase. Find out more or go directly to the Product Registration Form.

Repair

Products requiring in-warranty repair should initially be referred to the company from which they were purchased. Equipment being sent back to us for repair will need an RMA number (Return Material Authorization) which you can request using the RMA request form. If you have any questions, please contact us via the Contact page

Certificates

EU Declaration of Conformity

Beginning in 2015 the product user manuals no longer include the full declaration of conformity. If you require this, please fill in the Declaration of Conformity Request Form.

You generally do not need to create a user account to access the features of this site or request support etc. If you submit a quotation request, an account will be created for you automatically using the email address you provide. You can log in to this account by going to the login page and using the "Request new password" link with the email address you used.
